As an Executive Assistant, you will support our CEO with day-to-day operations. This is someone with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of business finances is essential for this role.


What you’ll do:


1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.


2. Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas, and follow-up on action items.
  • Arrange meeting logistics, including venue booking, equipment setup, and catering.
  • Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.


3. Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Track project progress, provide regular reports and updates.
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.


4. Financial Support:

  • Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.


Experience needed:

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Typically 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
