• Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child 
• Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed
• Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
• Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
• Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Experience Needed:

1. Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
2. Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
3. Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
4. Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
