ABOUT LEAD222

Our mission is to mentor and coach youth ministry leaders to lead healthy lives, families, and ministries.

LEAD222 is based on 2 Timothy 2:2, “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrusted to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” This passage and most importantly the model of Jesus shapes the heart of LEAD to “pass on/ mentor / disciple” the next generation. We continue to learn, grow, and fine tune the best practices and tools such as our 9 Markers of a Healthy Youth Ministry, Lead Marriage Conference, Lead Summit and our mission trips!  

Since the start of Lead222 in 2009, we have taken over 5,000 students on a Lead Mission trip! The impact you can make in this role to coach and mentor youth pastors and reach and influence this next generation is huge! 

Overall Success:

• To help with strategic planning for Lead222 to reach its vision.
• To make sure all timeline and procedures are efficient and clear for Lead Missions and Camp to reach the goals.
• To develop a pre trip training program along with a post trip follow up plan for every group that attends a Lead Mission Trip
• To build a Lead Missions PL & EVD team and Camp team that are coached and trained.
• To develop and oversee that all coaches that qualify get certified to be a certified coach in Lead222
• To help strategically with the Lead Summit and Marriage Conference
• Responsible for yearly goals in missions and coaching

 Coaching Responsibilities 

• To recruit members in your local area and around the country
• To assist and train ready Certified Coaches from around the country 
• To coach youth pastor members

  Lead Missions and Lead Summer Camp Responsibilities

• To oversee all LeadMissions to reach yearly goals 
• To give clear communication and invitation to all of our Lead community to take part in Leads Mission trips
• To be the Point Leader on 2 summer mission trips
• Coach all Mission Trip Point Leaders and Event Directors for each mission trip location
• To assist in Lead Missions and Lead Camp teacher training
• To make sure all journals and training materials are ready for LeadMissions and Camp teaching
• To work with teams on programming for Lead missions
• To build a volunteer team to help with operations 

LEAD Missions Marketing 

• To lead the marketing strategy for Lead Missions.
• To work with the social media director to market all Lead Mission trips and Camps on social media platforms
• To update Lead webpage for the missions and camp
• To give quarterly update for our Lead Newsletter

Donor Development 

• This role is dependent on raising support.
• Managing existing donor support.
• Recruitment of new donor support.

Social media Responsibilities:

• To help post on Social networks on LeadMission trips
• To communicate quarterly update to our will Lead Newsletter

Direct report:

• Weekly meeting with Executive Director (Dave Choutka)
•  Meet every other week for staff meeting for reports and overall vision and direction.
• To turn in six-week goals during the season
