The HR Manager will be a key member of the Human Resources team. Responsible for managing employee relations, communication, training and development, compensation, recruitment, staff planning, performance management, worker’s compensation, and all other HR functional areas. Advise management and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures. Provide HR leadership, support and partnership with facility operations to achieve organizational goals. Implement corporate HR initiatives. Lead change management by improving processes and procedures and by supporting culture change initiatives.
