Position:   Business Development Manager 

Location:  New England - East Coast

Position Summary

Do you want to generate new account opportunities at Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Electronic Manufacture Service (EMS) providers while expanding sales growth within an existing portfolio of customers?

Segue Manufacturing Services is searching for a motivated business development candidate having the desire to sell multiple sites and services complimented with an ability to sell at all management levels both internally and externally.

This individual will have experience with new account development, territory management, along with the ability to follow and adjust a sales plan. Experience within the cable/harness, electro-mechanical integration services market place is desired.

If you are someone who is focused, have the willingness to face challenges from multiple angles, and capable of developing sound strategies, this role is for you. We're looking for that person, who will fully identify, develop, and expand cable/harness, electro-mechanical integration business across the OEM and EMS industries.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Education and Experience

Ø 5 plus years of sales experience (cable/harness, electro-mechanical integration industry a plus)

Ø New account development experience

Ø Technical understanding

Ø Ability to sell multiple sites and services

Ø Ability to sell internal and external

Ø Ability to develop, follow and adjust a sales plan

Ø Individual sales accomplishments

Ø Previously worked from a satellite office

Ø Self-motivated

Ø Willingness to travel (approximately 25%)

Ø 4 year college degree
