Job Description:

Smart Resources is seeking skilled Forklift Operators for our client in La Porte, Texas. The ideal candidates will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the forklift at all times
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition
• Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking and recording material movements
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Valid forklift certification is required
• Ability to operate various types of forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
