We are working with a major restoration and reconstruction firm in the DFW area looking to hire a Restoration Manager to oversee the restoration teams.

This person will be responsible for:

Overseeing and managing about 4 to 5 project teams who are cleaning up both residential homes and commercial facilities after a fire, smoke, water, wind, hail etc. damage event. 

• This person will oversee the various teams. 
• Work closely with insurance adjusters to align expectations and resolve issues. 
• Lead and mentor Project Managers.
• Oversee scheduling and expectations with both internal and external people.

We are looking for someone with these characteristics:

• Experience managing teams restoring both residential homes and commercial facilities from smoke, fire, wind, and water damage.
• Management style that works with a sense of urgency.
• Personable, but not social - not a time-wasting talker.  
• Empathic but driven to success. 
• Strong people management and mentoring skills.
• Detailed oriented. Likes to have things documented and in order.
• Loyal, Honest with impeccable integrity.
• IICRC Certified, Water, Fire preferred. Mold Certified is a plus.
• Must be bilingual.
• Willing to be on call to go on-site when an event occurs.
