POSITION OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the Director of Talent Consulting and Psychometrics is to provide expert guidance in creating effective and tailored organizational development and talent consulting services for our clients. This involves the implementation of psychometric assessments and other forms of talent consulting services using our proprietary evidence-based selection model. This role also ensures that the assessment methods and processes used in our recruiting processes are accurate and tailored to meet the needs of the client.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and execute best-in-class talent assessment strategies to help our clients identify and develop top-performing teams.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and sales leads.
  • Subject matter expert on behalf of the team regarding our psychometric and assessment tools.
  • Support team in utilizing assessment tools in their recruiting searches, joining team members at client meetings as needed.
  • Calling on potential client leads and scheduling sales meetings with high caliber executives and conducting sales presentations regarding our talent solution offerings.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, serving as the lead point of contact for their needs in our talent consulting department.
  • Provide technical leadership and consultation to clients, helping to identify and implement best-fit assessment solutions. Develop customized talent programs and create relevant training and development initiatives.
  • Analyze psychometric data to promote best practices in personnel selection, development, and engagement for our clients.
  • Research and utilize new technologies and trends to improve current psychometric and talent consulting practices, ensuring we provide best-in-class solutions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of assessment industry trends, topics, and best practices.
  • Educating managers and recruiters on best practices for recruitment and selection.
  • Work with marketing team on the development of promotional materials and sales decks.
  • Conduct quarterly, educational group meetings for our assessment tool clients. Conduct workshops for clients utilizing our assessment tools.
  • Spearhead organizational development projects and talent consulting for clients.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s Degree in psychometrics, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in organizational development, talent development, and/or human resources.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding project goals. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, HRIS, ATS, or other related software.
  • A passion for learning and self-growth.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and integrity.
  • Excitement and knowledge that being a part of a growing startup is a 24/7 career.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend conferences.
