CLIENT SUMMARY

Collaborating with a team of designers and engineers, they have developed a fully adjustable and portable system that provides full-body radiation protection for doctors and their technicians. This innovative system allows interventionists across the nation and around the globe to experience comprehensive, apron-free radiation protection, enabling them to perform their tasks safely in a team-oriented environment.


Our client focuses on creating and identifying products that assist medical staff, with a strong emphasis on radiation protection and orthopedic solutions in the interventional space. Guided by a higher purpose, they leverage the unique talents and gifts of their team to maximize their impact.


POSITION OBJECTIVE


The Area Account Manager will work under the Chief Commercial Officer and other team leaders to ensure comprehensive product and personnel support. Key responsibilities include:


  • Providing customers with information about products and services
  • Identifying key purchasing decision-makers to facilitate future sales
  • Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services
  • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies


Additionally, this role serves as the company's external representative to existing customers and vendors. As the product line expands, the Area Account Manager will continuously enhance their knowledge and expertise to better support customers.


POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently model the core values of the company both internally and externally
  • Openly commit to and support company processes and systems
  • Drive the company’s clinical capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
  • Facilitate customer training and product adoption during installations and clinical integrations.
  • Drive growth through current user.
  • Sell additional systems in the hospital or hospital systems
  • Develop new physicians and staff users in current accounts
  • Educated nurses, techs, and staff and make them part of the team.
  • Work with commercial leadership to develop a marketing strategy to build the company brand recognition with targeted customers.
  • Work with commercial leadership to spearhead strategies specifically with sales, product adoption, quality, product development, and customer service.
  • Control company costs by developing and introducing tactical initiatives to address known issues and losses.
  • Know and understand the company product to the extent that assistance with installations and minor repairs, can be provided.
  • Identify customer needs (e.g., product and pricing), goals, product usage, and case types by meeting with and asking detailed questions of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine which products best meet their specific needs.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • AS degree in Life/ Health Science, RN, RT, RCIS, Licensure Preferred
  • Required 3+ years of clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, IR, NIR, or EP
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice and ISO standards
  • Operational knowledge of the medical industry
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, motivational abilities, and the ability to find and retain talented employees.
