POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Leadership and People Development: Develop and influence people as the primary focus
  2. Business Operations: Maintain an organization-wide vision and business plan with the Executive Director 
  3. Performance Management: Hold all team members and leadership accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
  4. Guest Experience: Maintain speed of service, cleanliness, order accuracy, and overall satisfaction scores
  5. Financial Management: Responsible for financial return of the organization, including key metrics of food cost and labor cost 



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Fully capable of running the entire business independently
  • Proficient in opening and closing procedures, back-office operations, and computer applications
  • SERVSafe Certified
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions and take ownership of results
  • Enthusiasm for the Chick-fil-A brand and ability to promote brand loyalty



COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $70-75K
  • Bonus: Quarterly bonus structure based on performance metrics
