• Identify and capture new business opportunities with autonomy.

• Build and mentor your team, starting with an intern and expanding as the company grows.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 5+ years of experience in estimating civil construction projects with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated success in business development and securing contracts.
• Expertise in operational management and hands-on project execution.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for team building and mentorship.
• Deep knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
• HeavyBid estimation software experience is needed.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing critical relationships.
