IPS is recruiting for a full-time, direct-hire Senior Product Designer with a Sports Fantasy Platform startup in NYC. They have over $100M ARR with only 8 people in the company.

They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team and have complete ownership of the product’s design as they have only scratched the surface of the growth and potential of the application.

This is the opportunity to get in on the ground floor and work alongside the founders to leave your mark on a next-gen application that is on its way to becoming the most prominent and significant brand in the world.

Role Responsibilities:

• This is an in-office position in New York City
• This is a Sr. Product Designer role, you must have 5+ years of experience
• Work closely with our CPO, founders, and engineers to understand the problems we are trying to solve for our customers and users
• Must have a sports or sports betting background accompanied by a passion for the industry
• Rapidly prototype and test new features and improvements
• Establish and maintain delightful user experiences and interactions on the mobile application
• Deliver engineering-ready files to our engineering team in a clean, well-documented format
• Help contribute to and maintain the Design System
• Present data using charts, visuals, animations, or transitions of the data
