Job Description:

Proceed overall managing how resources are acquired, stored, and transported to their final destination. Involve identifying prospective distributors and suppliers and determining their effectiveness and accessibility. This role includes not only shipping and receiving but also tasks such as inventory transfer and relocation, visual inspection, and reporting such as warehouse & inventory management.

Shipping, receiving, reallocation & trucking arrangement

Maintains inventory controls and record all cargo transaction information through Logistics Management System

Arrange, schedule and follow up on cargo transportation with the courier

Warehousing & Lay outing according to organizational standards

Checking stock leverage, organizing & equipment based on FIFO allocation

Conduct physical counting and reconciliation warehouse inventory in a regular bais

Periodical reconciliation inventory ledger with transaction

Communication with other dept in inquiry of specifications for system packing, routing guide & etc.
