Job Summary

Our company needs a Sales Operation Specialist to boost our B2B sales. The candidate needs to be comfortable with outbound calling, connecting with customers to establish a relationship, and using customer relationship management(CRM) software (Salesforce).

 

Our ideal candidate has an impressive track record of closing sales in a similar industry and excellent negotiation and communication skills, our products are being produced in Asia (Vietnam, China) and need to communicate with Korea HQ related to production planning and shipping document. We are willing to consider applicants with extensive sales experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with existing customers about their needs – getting PO, checking payment plan, deciding shipment between Air flight or Vessel (Boat)
  • Communicate with existing partners – plastic rail/accessories for retail stores, logistic partners in US/Canada/South America
  • Use CRM software to increase customer retention
  • Sending samples to existing/potential customers
  • Scheduling delivery date, booking local trucking delivery to customer’s store
  • Creating shipping document Invoice/packing list
  • Regular conference call with outside sale / customers / partners
  • Handling inventory in warehouse 


  • Bilingual in Korean/English Required
