Summary:

Company is seeking an exceedingly detail-oriented and analytical Planning Assistant Manager in the Supply Chain Management department to manage and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C businesses.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

•Manage the forecast Drive cross-functional collaboration to influence the eCommerce demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation.

•Measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecasts made, to assist in assessing the effectiveness of the demand planning & forecasting function.

•Create the company’s supply chain strategy

•Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

•Evaluate and report on KPIs

•Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field

•Strong communication skills both verbal and writeen

•5 -10 years of SCM experience is required

•Excellent organizational and project management skills

•A strategic and analytical mind

•Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
