Job Summary

The Assistant Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Manager in maintaining and growing client relationships, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with our products or services. The role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work closely with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.


Key Responsibilities


Client Support: a. Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships. b. Work closely with the Account Manager to understand client objectives and needs. c. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. d. Keep clients informed about the latest products, services, or promotions.


Account Management: a. Assist in the preparation and presentation of client reports and presentations. b. Schedule and participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss performance, strategies, and opportunities. c. Maintain records of client communications and sales activity in the CRM system. d. Monitor account performance and metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Collaboration & Coordination: a. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client requirements are met. b. Coordinate with the Account Manager in creating and executing account plans and strategies. c. Help in the development of proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.


Market and Competitor Analysis: a. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. b. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.


Administrative Tasks: a. Assist in processing orders, invoices, and payments. b. Contribute to team meetings and internal projects as needed. c. Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by the Account Manager.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced in Excel
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a bilingual in Korean and English
