SUMMARY
Responsible for:
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Supporting various in-house activities to improve the treatment of employees
o Purchase office equipment
o Efficient office space
o Layout to maintain a comfortable office environment
o Communicate horizontally between departments, or deliver vertical information
o Equipment and machinery used in their departments must be in good working order
o Correct the problem or alert repair personnel
o Request new equipment or supplies for their department when necessary
o Preparatory work from the previous stage so that management can establish management plan
o Support staff business trip
o Vehicle Management
o Preparing web slip & reconciliation
o Manage fixed assets efficiently (Building maintenance with Bldg. Mgr., Corp. Housing management, etc.)
o Comprehensive Asset Management (Procurement/inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies, Record keeping of office assets, Vehicles, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
o Minimum 10 years of Corporate General Affairs or related experience
o Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
o Attention to detail, thorough, highly organized, efficient, and excellent time management skills
o Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
