Job Title: Mixing Process Piping Master Contractor & GTAW Welder

Job Description:
● We are looking for a Master Contractor to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of our secondary battery manufacturing plant's mixing process piping system. Additionally, we need skilled GTAW welders to support this project.
Master Contractor Responsibilities:
● Oversee the design and installation of the mixing process piping system.
● Manage a team of welders and other tradespeople.
● Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
● Maintain quality control and system performance.
● Provide leadership and problem-solving skills.
GTAW Welder Responsibilities:
● Perform high-quality GTAW welding on stainless steel piping.
● Work closely with the Master Contractor to ensure project completion.
● Adhere to all safety procedures and quality standards.
Master Contractor Qualifications:
● Valid Master Contractor License in the state of Michigan.
● Minimum 5 years of experience designing and installing stainless steel piping systems.
● Proven experience in secondary battery manufacturing plant projects.
● In-depth understanding of ASME B31.3 Process Piping Code.
● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● Fluency in English.
GTAW Welder Qualifications:
● Valid GTAW welding certification.
● Experience in stainless steel welding.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Experience:
● Possession of additional certifications (AWS, ASME, etc.)
● Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
● Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
