Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Marketing Strategy: Devise and execute comprehensive pre-marketing strategies for our current and upcoming product portfolio in the United States.

2. Client Relationship Management: Foster and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base.

3. Market Exploration: Identify new potential clients and partnerships within the automotive and battery industries to drive business growth.

4. Industry Experience: Leverage your automotive and battery industry expertise to position our products effectively and capitalize on industry trends.

5. Product Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our battery materials, technologies, and product offerings to provide expert guidance to clients.

6. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; Advanced degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (Senior manager - at least 5 years) in marketing, business development, or sales within the automotive or battery industries.

• Strong technical knowledge of battery materials, industry trends, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.

• Familiarity with pre-marketing tactics and relationship management.

• Experience in B2B marketing and client engagement is a plus.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
