Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in overseeing daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping.

• Support in monitoring team activities to ensure adherence to safety practices.

• Aid in managing logistics and the movement of products, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to support inventory and product management, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate with carriers and service providers to address daily logistics needs, negotiate rates, and resolve transportation issues.

• Contribute to the creation and management of reports and oversee expenses to maximize financial efficiency.

• Support maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.

• High level of motivation, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Oracle ERP system.

• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.

• Physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting objects up to 75 pounds.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
