Job Description

Operations Management

  • Manage and schedule the diverse shifts of logistics professionals, which includes
  • warehouse staff, temporary workers, and support personnel
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound logistics,
  • warehousing, and transportation, utilizing ERP, and WMS systems
  • Ensure the safe operations by supervising training progress and comply with
  • OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure order completion and plan for
  • upcoming orders


Inventory Control and Optimization

  • Oversee inventory management by performing regular audits and executing
  • strategies to mitigate both stock outs, and overstock scenarios
  • Work closely with onsite operations teams to ensure the accuracy of inventory
  • records and maintain data integrity in the ERP, and WMS systems
  • Collaborate with the related departments to optimize lead times, order quantities,
  • and delivery schedules for seamless inventory management


Order Fulfillment and Shipping Management

  • Take the lead in order fulfillment initiatives, supervising and coordinating the
  • order picking and packing processes to ensure accurate product assembly and
  • packaging, followed by on-time deliveries
  • Initiate and organize the deployment of extra deliveries for timely order arrival as
  • required
  • Resolve logistics-related issues, such as product damages and losses,, system
  • errors


Reporting and Documentation

  • Oversee the accurate and timely reporting and documentation of all logistics
  • activities, including inventory management, shipment tracking, and compliance
  • records.
  • Produce scheduled review reports and project progress updates for the
  • Leadership assessment

 

Job Qualification

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above is preferred: Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

Experience

  • Proven track record of success in Supply Chain, Transportation, logistics operations,
  • with at least 8 years of supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience in WMS, TMS, ERP or related systems can be advantageous



Knowledge & Skill

  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Excel,
  • Word, Power Point, etc.
  • Proficiency in accurately entering and managing data and
  • maintaining organized records
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety
  • standards, and compliance requirements
  • Bilingual – Korean and English is preferred

Other

  • Valid Driver's License
  • OSHA 30-hr Certificate
  • Good Leadership
  • Good communication skills
  • Good management skills
