Warehouse Operations Support



CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

o  Analyze product downgrade reasons and provide improvement plan

o  Place order for packaging supplies to re-box product

o  Support warehouse with system grade changes

o  Maintain a structured reporting file for daily, weekly, monthly of all product quality audit

o  Conduct root cause investigations into inventory discrepancies with Inventory Manager and document findings

o  Work cross-functionally to effectively communicate and solve warehouse operation issues

o  Monitor inbound vendor violation

o  Manage non-goodset inventory, long-term inventory and provide recommendation of disposal

REQUIREMENTS:

o  Ability to make presentations and develop reports for internal management/external customers

o  Ability to accurately analyze data and be detailed oriented

o  Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
