Account Manager (Executive Position)

 

Responsible in maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with products/services.

The role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work closely with internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.

  • Assist in managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Understand client objectives and needs
  • Keep clients informed about the latest products, services or promotions
  • Preparation and presentation of client reports and presentations
  • Schedule and participate in meetings with clients to discuss performance, strategies and opportunities
  • Maintain records of client communications and sales activity in the CRM system
  • Monitor account performance and metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaboration with internal teams | sales, marketing, product development, customer support | to ensure client requirements are met
  • Create and execute account plans and strategies
  • Development of proposals, quotations and contracts
  • Market and competitor analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Invoices / Payments
