Our client is a distribution HQ for the one of the largest international supermarket in the U.S. They are looking for an EN/KR bilingual candidate for the Grocery Merchandiser position.
Job Duties:
Review weekly sale performance of each stores
Track and manage ordering and restocking missing/shortage items
Plan and implement markdowns, price changes, or clear outs on slow moving items
Suggest TPR and end cap items to maximize sales of various categories
Suggest promotion ideas that can increase customer count
Build sales strategy to successfully launch new items
Manage item’s GP and provide further action to take
Maintain store quality results by enforcing HQ standards
Rotate TPR of best-selling items to provide fresh atmosphere to coming customers
Conduct store quality to fulfill customer’s need (Better condition, More Varieties, Reasonable Price)
Act as a communicator between Stores and the HQ by addressing customer issues
Conduct store analysis to better consult store managers on the store's fortes and weaknesses
Review marketability of new items suggested by SCM team and make a buyer's decision
Job Qualifications:
Associates Degree or above
1~3 years of experience in Sales or Grocery industry
