• Support VDI related issues
• Support HW/SW related issues
• Support Printer/Scanner set up & other peripheral devices 
• VDI Status monitoring
• Support E-mail system related issues
• Analyze issues
• Rules & Policies

Helpdesk / Troubleshooting

• Diagnosis, Troubleshooting, and Repair of PC H/W and S/W
• Scan, Remove, and Check Virus with Anti-virus software
• Troubleshoot PC Network Connectivity and Setting
• Install, Configure and Troubleshoot Peripheral Device
• Install, Update, Troubleshoot for Application and LG Intranet system on PC
• Check Storage Device Status, Data Integrity and Recover data from failed Storage Device
• Troubleshoot Security systems related issues
• Support of PC and Storage Device for Legal/Audit purpose
• Provide priority support and regular basis support for VIP
• Local/Remote and VIP Case Service in Emergency
