Our client company is a major food distributor for one of the largest Asian-style chain supermarkets in the U.S. They distribute over 50 supermarkets in the U.S and main products of distribution are frozen seafood, meat, grain, nut and grocery products. They are currently looking for a highly motivated e-Commerce Operation Specialist for their location in Carlstadt, NJ

E-commerce operation is primarily in charge of online sales performance and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring the daily progress of online activities and transactions, researching new business opportunities, gathering and analyzing data to identify area needing improvement, and developing solution to optimize Hmart.com e-commerce operation.

Roles & Responsabilities:

Operation

• Write and edit product content that will be published on E-commerce websites.
• Set standards, system, and best practice for new product listing, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
• Working closely with demand planning and warehouse teams in orders to insure smooth order fulfillment
• Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• Need to know Instacart and Amazon Operation

Data Analysis

• Working closely with demand planning and warehouse teams in orders to insure smooth order fulfillment

Customer Service

• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues of comments

Requirements:

• Marketing or relevant field.
• Capability of Multi-tasking
• Ability to operate in team environment
• Experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites or portals.
