Key Responsibilities:


  1. Maintain and update accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Track company expenses, prepare and analyze expense reports, and recommend cost-reduction measures.
  4. Reconcile bank statements.
  5. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.

General Affairs:

  1. Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
  2. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
  3. Coordinate general affairs, including office maintenance, security, and facility management.
  4. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective office operations.
  5. Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and regulations regarding general affairs.
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense claims for staff as needed.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field referred but not required.
  2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  3. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
