Objective:

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes coordinating the receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring the safety and productivity of the warehouse environment.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Inventory Management

a. Maintain an accurate record of inventory and ensure that stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.

b. Perform regular stock checks and reconciliations.

c. Coordinate with the purchasing department for timely replenishment of stock.

2.Receiving and Dispatch

a. Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy in order quantities and documentation.

b. Ensure that outbound shipments are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched in accordance with schedules.

c. Coordinate with transportation providers for timely and cost-effective deliveries.

3.Workflow Optimization

a. Develop, implement, and monitor efficient warehouse workflow and processes.

b. Continuously evaluate the warehouse layout and make recommendations for optimizing space and improving efficiency.

4.Compliance and Safety

a. Ensure that warehouse operations comply with company policies and relevant laws/regulations.

b. Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

5.Reporting and Administration

a. Provide regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other KPIs.

b. Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and transactions.

6.Staff Supervision and Training

a. Assist in the supervision of warehouse staff, ensuring that team members are effectively trained and understand their roles.

b. Facilitate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

7.Customer Service and Communication

a. Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to warehouse operations.

b. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and databases.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Must be a Korean and English Bilingual
