Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to promote and sell our dental devices. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and communicating compelling value propositions, analyzing market trends, and implementing campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives, driving brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the positioning of the dental devices in the market, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and events.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and emerging market trends, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including product brochures, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns, working closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into customers.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product features and customer needs.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
