Summary

Marketing manager will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies to promote and sell dental devices.

This position will directly report to marketing division head.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitor analysis

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the dental devices in the market.

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing collateral, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Provide sales guide and materials that effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to potential customers

Research to create comparison report of products in the market

Analyze data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Provide leadership and guidance to marketing teams or cross-functional teams involved in marketing activities.

Set clear goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Competencies(KSA/Knowledge, Skills, Ability):

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the followings;

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Mareting or related field and/or equivalent experience.

Expert with office technology (Office365, outlook email, cloud system)

 Strong working knowledge of Marketing Management

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
