Our client is seeking a manager to lead and grow a well-established national franchise location.


Responsibilities will include:

·        Hiring and staffing technicians, service advisors, and other team members

·        Training all team members

·        Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals; proactively generate appointments

·        Maintain center to create a comfortable and professional appearance for customers

·        Report financials for the center for all transactions and daily business

·        Provide outstanding customer service by following up with customers on issues or complaints and monitor online reviews

·        Meet with customers, check in, review inspection results, check out; always communicating

·        Complete repair tickets efficiently building estimates for all recommended work


Requirements:

·        Automotive center/service center leadership experience required

·        Working with systems for ticketing – a paperless environment

·        Strong leadership skills – hiring, training and leading others

·        Sales – must be willing to be the face of the company in the community and building relationships with clients to be their trusted auto repair center



This position reports directly to the owners of the company. The successful center manager can have a voice in how the operation in managed and run.


Center is open Monday through Saturday and management is shared with an assistant manager.


The company requires drug test, criminal background check and a credit check.
