The Automotive Service Writer must:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Be able to explain inspection results and repairs to customers
• Order parts, ensuring accuracy, and having technician ready when they arrive
• Maintain the center to corporate standards
• Meet personal sales goals
• Be a team player and help the center meet goals
• Train new team members as needed
