Key tasks include managing the extraction processes, product processing, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise extraction and refinement operations to comply with local and state standards.
- Guide a team through the extraction process, from equipment preparation to final product.
- Develop and implement best practices, safety data sheets, and standard operating procedures to meet safety and compliance standards.
- Scale process operations to meet demand, ensuring efficient product delivery.
- Monitor critical process data to track performance indicators such as yields and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and agricultural practices.
- Maintain precise records and adhere to documentation practices.
- Operate and manage advanced extraction machinery.
- Produce various cannabis products, maintaining a sterile workplace.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean lab environment according to industry standards.
- Ensure team's continual improvement in laboratory procedures and safety.
- Guarantee compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Provide technical support and innovate to improve laboratory operations.
