Schedule: 36/48 Rotation, 7:00am-7:00pm, Sunday to Tuesday/Sunday to Wednesday every other week

Your Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and stability in manufacturing and will create and implement standardized work procedures. You will have the opportunity to:

• Make run and shutdown decisions
• Know all quality testing and maintain quality issue detection

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to learn computer program such as SAP, Ignition, etc.
• Basic math skills

• Post high school education/degree in a related field
• Prior experience supervising others
