Commercial Roofing Sales Representative/Account Manager

Summary:

Are you expert in the Commercial Roofing Business? Do you have great relationships with General Contractors (GC’s)? Then you will want to work for our amazing company that takes projects to a new level of stability and efficiency with outstanding relationships/customer service!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new customer prospects through cold calling within identified markets.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to potential customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Assist with the production management of each job sold.

Requirements:

  • Prior commercial roofing experience/roofing sales.
  • Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales.
  • Hunter & Relationship mentality to identify new GC’s, prospects and develop new customers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related computer systems.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Excellent solution selling skills
  • Top-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Knowledge of CRM’s a plus
  • BS/BA degree a plus
