We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Rep\Entry Level Sales. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick-start their career in sales and business development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting into potential customers
  • Make calls to key prospects found during prospecting efforts with the intent of uncovering a sales opportunity
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software like Dynamics or similar tools to log interactions
  • Comfortable with cold calling prospective clients
  • Conduct extensive cold calling to potential leads and prospects
  • Meet or exceed Discovery Call and Opportunity Creation quotas as defined by management
  • Maintain functional knowledge of current and future MTS products and services offered
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide information on available solutions
  • Interact frequently with assigned territory sales team to ensure they stay engaged in the prospecting efforts and make decisions on how to penetrate key accounts
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required to maintain a high level of constantly improving skills in prospecting
  • Act as mentor and assist sales leadership as necessary for new Enterprise Account Developers.
  • Works with moderate supervision with much latitude for independent judgment
  • Ability to understand new technologies quickly

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a lead generation or entry sales role
  • Superior verbal communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior level executives
  • Self-discipline and responsible time management
  • Full-cycle sales process knowledge
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Advanced computer usage skills including prior usage of a CRM tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to find opportunities through tactical dialing and research.
