Our knowledgeable management team and experienced field staff have been consistently providing roofing solutions to residential and commercial building owners, management companies, and general contractors for nearly forty years.

Summary:

You as the face of our organization will be rewarded for successful sales and lasting relationships. This is a full-time role as a Roofing Maintenance Sales Consultant/Outside Sales Representative. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our roofing maintenance and repair services to residential and commercial building owners, management companies, and general contractors (COA's, HOA's, High Rise Buildings, Shopping Centers). Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with customers. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outside sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
• Ability to use an extension ladder and comfortable at heights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets as a hunter
• Strong closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Proficient in using salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with roofing materials, systems, and maintenance practices is a plus.
• Valid driver's license
