National Sales Account Manager

Position Overview:

Hunter & Key Account Relationship Builder

As a National Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for both growing current key accounts and identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new national accounts. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth with passion and motivation in pursuing new sales opportunities, continually cultivating relationships, and closing deals with large-scale clients. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who is driven by the opportunity to earn substantial commissions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential national accounts. This includes cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources to generate leads.

·        Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts. Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.

·        Pipeline Management: High contact with current key accounts and building a new sales pipeline to attract new key accounts. Prioritize leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely progression of deals through the sales cycle.

·        Closing Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing. Overcome objections, address customer concerns, and negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable agreements.

·        Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements and market strategies.

·        Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue, customer acquisition, and sales activity. Regularly report on sales progress, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

·        Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a national account management or hunter sales role.

·        Strong understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Results-driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
