Our client is an EdTech company delivering an education platform that utilizes AI technology, educator-led instruction, and an online community to achieve college readiness for high-schoolers and middle-schoolers.They are looking to bring on a fully remote Head of Marketing to manage, grow, and motivate their sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at generating marketing-qualified leads.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to craft targeted messaging and content that resonates with the high school student demographic, their families, and education administrators.
  • Implement innovative digital marketing campaigns leveraging social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and other channels to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Employ analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and provide actionable insights to enhance lead generation outcomes.
  • Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and influencers to expand the company's reach and attract potential leads.
  • Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads, marketing collateral, and relevant resources to facilitate the conversion process.




Requirements:


  • Demonstrated success in generating marketing-qualified leads and supporting sales teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and SEO optimization.
  • Ability to effectively balance digital/social media marketing efforts with channel and event marketing approaches to drive lead generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to empower the next generation through innovative technology and personalized guidance.
