Inside Sales Representative - Dustless Blasting

Our client is leading the charge in surface preparation technology that accelerates the removal of surface contaminants and coatings to unprecedented speeds. Their technology ensures surfaces are left pristine, free from clinging dust particles, setting a new standard in surface restoration.


Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to match, whether they are business-to-business or business-to-consumer clients interested in mobile sandblasting operations or in-house equipment usage.
  • Qualify an average of 10-15 incoming leads provided by our client's marketing team through proactive and engaging phone conversations, with the aim of educating prospects on the sandblasting equipment and business opportunity.
  • Employ proven sales methodologies to effectively move qualified leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Utilize Hubspot CRM to meticulously track and manage leads, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas, with a target of $250,000, by effectively closing deals and generating sustainable business growth.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for selling the business opportunity aspect, while leveraging previous experience in equipment sales, surface preparation products, or contractor relations to enhance sales effectiveness.



Requirements: 


  • Local to Houston, TX area, and able to work in the office M-F during business hours. 
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales roles, preferably in a high-volume environment, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas. 
  • Previous experience selling equipment, surface preparation products, or to contractors is advantageous, but not essential. The primary requirement is enthusiasm and aptitude for selling the business opportunity side of our client’s offerings.
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly experience with Hubspot or similar platforms, to effectively manage leads, track interactions, and prioritize follow-up activities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness in all interactions.


Compensation:

Our client offers a base salary of $60k, with an annual OTE is between $100,000-$120,000 after the ramp-up period.
