Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creation & Strategy Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving affiliate acquisition and engagement through the conceptualization and execution of creative content campaigns. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for content creation, a keen understanding of affiliate marketing, and a proven track record of developing successful campaigns. You will be at the forefront of crafting engaging content campaigns to drive affiliate acquisition and engagement, with a special focus on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. This role requires a creative visionary who not only understands the intricacies of content strategy but also possesses a keen insight into the preferences of high school students and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media: Lead the ideation and execution of creative content campaigns that resonate with high-schoolers looking to get in to college. Explore innovative ways to present educational content in an engaging and visually appealing manner. Oversee the creation of captivating social media content that effectively communicates the benefits of our platform.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Align content campaigns with affiliate marketing goals, ensuring the material supports the recruitment and engagement of affiliates. Leverage the power of storytelling to connect with the audience emotionally and drive affiliate participation.
  • Social Engagement: Stay connected with the high school student and family audience through social listening and engagement. Gather insights and feedback to continually refine content strategies and ensure relevance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record in building affiliate partnerships from scratch
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and creative thinking skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with marketing metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
