Our client is in search of a Showroom Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations and elevate our brand experience. This role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about product excellence, customer success, and creating an inspiring showroom environment. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the showroom, including managing both full-time and independent designers, coordinating Brand Ambassadors, and ensuring our showroom not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • ● Customer Experience Leadership:
  • ● Create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, embodying the brand's commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • ● Directly engage with customers to understand their needs, providing personalized introductions to designers.
  • ● Team Management:
  • ● Oversee both full-time and independent designers, fostering a
  • collaborative environment that encourages innovation and customer
  • focus.
  • ● Recruit, train, and develop the design team, ensuring they have the
  • necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • ● Lead and manage Brand Ambassadors, ensuring their activities align with
  • brand goals and showroom objectives.
  • ● Sales and Design Oversight:
  • ● Drive the pre-sales lead activities, ensuring the team effectively identifies potential customers and understands their requirements.
  • ● Support the design team in achieving sales targets, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial customer interaction to final sale.
  • ● Address and resolve any customer service or design process issues that arise.
  • ● Showroom Management:
  • ● Maintain the showroom to the highest standards, ensuring it accurately
  • reflects the Ronbow brand and effectively showcases our products.
  • ● Organize and host showroom events to engage the community, promote
  • the brand, and drive foot traffic.
  • ● Operational Excellence:
  • ● Manage showroom schedules to optimize operations, ensuring staff productivity and exceptional customer experiences.
  • ● Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement across all areas of showroom operations.
  • Requirements
  • ● Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role within sales, sales support,
  • customer success or a related field. Prior experience in a showroom or retail environment, especially within the cabinet design industry, or home furnishing is highly preferred.
  • ● Skills:
  • ● Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • ● Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • ● Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to
  • quickly adapt to new technologies.
