Job Title: Senior Recruiter - Trades Team

Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruiter working alongside our Trades Team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, particularly within the trades industry, and a passion for building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and project leaders to understand staffing requirements.

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring recommendations.

Trades Industry Expertise:

- Leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage with skilled candidates in the trades sector.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent in the industry.

Candidate Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, project goals, and staffing priorities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.

Recruitment Strategy:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and industry events.

Onboarding Support:

- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

- Ensure new employees are well-prepared for success in their roles.

Metrics and Reporting:

- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.

- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a senior recruiter, preferably in the trades or construction industry.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
