Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's office and the meticulous management of their financial records. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the firm's efficiency and success, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Execute precise bookkeeping tasks, maintain financial records, process payments, and prepare reports utilizing QuickBooks.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle essential tasks such as payroll, PTO requests, health insurance administration, and new hire onboarding.
  • Team Support: Serve as a key point of contact within the office, aiding in issue resolution, supporting team needs, and promoting a harmonious workplace.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a legal setting. Experience in office administration, payroll, and collaboration with CPAs is vital.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is ideal but not a prerequisite.
  • Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
  • Personality: We value someone who is calm, excellent with people, naturally avoids and resolves conflicts, and possesses a friendly disposition.
