Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Salary: $59,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year / In accordance with experience

Job Description:

Galleria-area personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced litigation Paralegal for our office. Must have 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal. Overall organization and attention to detail are paramount to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, lawyers and other paralegals over the phone and in-person.

This Paralegal must have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience ( high exposure cases, i.e.: commercial, trucking, ect.)

Duties:

• Draft and file petitions
• Request and follow up on service.
• Keep up with all deadlines.
• Assist with depositions.
• Trial preparation- deposition, mediation, and trial binders.
• Schedule and calendar mediations/depos and other events
• Frequently communicate with clients
• Document all legal action and communication in the case files through our firm software.
• Collaborate with departments, teams, and attorneys.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience for personal injury cases.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and courteous to clients and staff
• Perform in a high-level fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Skilled with computers and software (Needles Neos experience is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, team player, positive, well-spoken with excellent customer service.
