Smart Search, a fast-growing business consulting firm and talent solutions company, is seeking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join our team. You will recruit and source for several clients in multiple industries, contribute to a high-performance team and team-oriented culture, ensure talent acquisition and client needs and goals are achieved; and contribute creatively to our growing organization. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Coordinate with Account Management to understand the client companies, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the roles we are working to fill.
  • Identify the best mix of resources to encounter compatible talent. 
  • Leverage candidate tracking systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process.
  • Participate in client meetings as necessary with account management and develop recruiting strategies that best work according to client needs.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, internet, job boards, and recruiting creativity.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning for and tracking recruiting metrics.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in many sourcing methods including using recruiting research, and presenting creative sourcing/recruiting methods.
  • Business development skills and ability to strengthen client relationships in partnership with account management.
