Bedrock is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join their Sales Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within our retail countertops division and the efficient functioning of our sales department.

As an Order Processing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end process of client countertop projects. This includes coordinating various aspects such as scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources. Attention to detail is of utmost importance in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and timely execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
• Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
• Collaborate with sales management to assess sales process quality and prioritize areas for improvement.
• Implement technologies, including CRM systems, for field sales teams and ensure their effective maintenance.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in managing enterprise software implementation projects is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using various project management tools to coordinate and manage complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Highly self-motivated, autonomous self-starter with excellent follow-through and a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong technology acumen and a passion for researching new solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or client-facing role.
