With an overall mission of wellness and research into sustainable products, you will be a part of a mindful community of professionals, working to bring the enterprise to the cutting edge of technology. We are searching for a highly skilled Sr. IT Project Manager to drive the Project Management Office as well as Product Management efforts.


To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:


Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Project Management disciplines with a minimum of 7 years project management or development experience; Minimum 7 years Program Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Information Systems)
  • Advanced experience with risk management and/or change management
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects to success
  • Ability to manage 8-10 projects simultaneously while staying organized and in control
  • Recognized SDLC subject matter expert, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Thorough understanding of PMI methodologies 
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to bridge strategic vision and tactical implementation
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Metrics-oriented management experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business units


Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server
  • Experience with SharePoint and Team Foundation Services
  • Building complex multi-phase project schedules
  • Tracking dependencies and milestones
  • Resource dependency tracking and resolution
  • Experience with an e-commerce company
  • Usability design experience


Responsibilities:

  • Works with the project team to identify potential risks in advance and facilitate mutually beneficial plans and solutions to mitigate issues proactively
  • Develop strategic plans with business stakeholders
  • Employ standard project and product management processes, policies, and best practices
  • Manage interdepartmental change requests, communication, coordination, and prioritization
  • Strategic planning and vision for IT products throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Manage the IT Product Portfolio
  • Maximize the ROI for IT Products
  • Author product roadmaps
  • Manage feature requests, bugs, priorities, and expectations for each product release
  • Cooperate with development teams to provide tactical planning and product guidance
  • Coordinate with Systems Architecture to ensure product and technical roadmaps are aligned
