About our Franchise Director 

Managing a sales team that deals exclusively with intermediaries in the promotion of Individual Protection, Keyman Cover and PMI. The team is very diligent, well trained and can help IFA's establish themselves in this market or assist others spot opportunities they may have missed.

Responsibilities as our Franchise Director will include:

  • Manage Sales Team
  • You will help to develop Vitality’s overall product and service proposition.
  • Establish strong long-term profitable relationships with key intermediary businesses, demonstrating a thorough understanding of each accounts business and delivering appropriate solutions.
  • Be the focal point between IFA distribution areas and Vitality product and servicing areas to maximise and facilitate cost effective APE for both businesses.
  • You will need to have a successful track record in a sales environment and be a results-orientated achiever with a proven track record in developing quality business.

Responsibilities of the Franchise Business Consultant include:

Working with the Franchise Director to build and deliver against a plan to maximise penetration rates (brokers quoting and writing) and Conversion rate (turning quotes into sales).

Educate and develop Vitality Business Consultants so they become self-sufficient to grow sales in their own broker panels.

Help train and support the Franchise Office Based Consultant to optimise the impact of their activity.

Providing dedicated and enhanced support with key brokers within their Franchise regions to ensure sales growth is maintained.

Analysing quotation pipeline conversion, taking personal responsibility where appropriate and required to deliver the sale target.

Presenting to employers (to help win new schemes) and employees (to launch benefits of a new scheme)
