As a Sourcer itโs your mission to turn people into candidates for our clients. To achieve this, you will closely work together with your team of Sourcers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to fully understand the needs of our clients and find the right candidates for them.

๐ Where you will be based
This position is 100% remote but you need to be available in CET time zones.
๐How you will be measured
As a Sourcer you will be working different kind of roles with a strong focus on tech. You will be measured based on both the quantity and quality of the output that you are able to generate for our clients. Our clients should be impressed by the candidates you are able to find. The criteria for the quantity and quality will differ per client and the role you will be working on.
๐๏ธ What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit
First month
Your first month at MatcHR! Welcome! You will go through an intense onboarding process to understand our way of working. At the end of the month you will be working on one ore several roles for our clients.
In your first weeks we will make a 30/60/90 day plan with company goals but also your personal development goals. You will have learned how to scrape data, how to automate part of your outreach and how to find hidden talent on platforms like Upwork, Twitter and MeetUp.
Second month
You will be fully up and running and several of your candidates that you were able to find will be in the final hiring stages at our clients. You will have weekly 1 on 1โs with your Sourcing Team Lead to discuss your progress and your personal development goals. Based on the roles you are sourcing for we will establish what your goals are.
At the end of your second month you will have joined a workshop from one of the leading sourcing experts like Balazs, Marcel van der Meer or Mark Tortorici.
Third month
Three months in already! Time flies. Your targets will be set based on the roles and clients you are working with. We will push and challenge you to make sure that our clients are as happy as we are with you. Next to your daily work you will be involved in the onboarding process of new sourcers and tell them all about the tips & tricks you are using in your daily work and help them to become as successful as you are!
Sixth month
Depending on how quickly you have grown we will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. Possible outcomes could be that you will work for several clients, manage one or more jr. sourcers.
You actively share your knowledge on sourcing on social media and will help you to grow your personal brand in the sourcing community as well.
๐พ One year
Wow! One year at MatcHR! Something we will be celebrating for sure! After a year you will have worked for some of the biggest tech companies on the planet, seen the whole team of MatcHR on our yearly offsite (somewhere warm!), you are involved in onboarding new sourcers and training them and your clients are happy with the results you deliver. We will also discuss when and if you are able to make the next step in your career.
