At MatcHR we help companies find and hire the best tech talent the world has to offer. We offer dedicated sourcing on a subscription-based model. We are a fully remote company with people working from the Netherlands, Ukraine, South Africa, Serbia, Russia, Poland and the United States.

• Salary range is between 1.200 – 2.000 EUR NET  

🔍 What we are looking for in you 4-7 years of working experience in (corporate) marketing

• Experience in building an employer brand
• Experience in content writing
• Experience in website building and managing freelance designers and web developers
• Experience in organizing webinars and promotional events
• Experience in lead generation and growth hacking
• Fluent in English both in speaking and writing
• Great if you have international recruitment experience covering multiple geographies
• Result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Team player
• Comfortable in working 100% remotely

📐 How you will be measured

You will be responsible to help us create content for MatcHR blog, work with thought leaders and partner companies organizing co-branded events, be a leader at webinars and improve our website. 

Your KPI’s will be around the quality of the content you provide and the number of new leads that we receive. In addition, you will be measured on the ability to manage a team of freelancers (advertising, website building, content distribution).
